You’ve assessed your organization to clearly identify where to start. Now it’s time to implement a performance improvement model that will help you not only achieve your financial and operational goals but implement a continuous improvement process. RWD will work with your front line staff and leadership teams to outline an appropriate implementation model. This is dependent upon your need, organization size, effort required for scope, and internal resources expertise and availability to support the initiative.
In each case, post assessment implementation will include all or some of the following core components:
| Project Governance |
Process Improvement Implementation |
| Leadership Mentoring |
Project Team Coaching and Development |
| Process Confirmation |
Benefits Realization and Validation |
Solution design incorporate RWD and industries best practices resulting from application of lean, learning, change management and process excellence methodologies.
Deployment may typically include:
|
Master Schedule Transformation Planning |
Rapid Event Implementation |
|
Prototype Development or Trial Design |
Pilot Process Implementation |
|
Measurement Systems |
Process Confirmation and Benefits Confirmation |
|
Lean Systems Implementation |
Training Development and Deployment |
RWD’s role in guiding you through the translation of strategy to execution may take a variety of formats; dedicated or incremental RWD onsite transformation support, onsite RWD led Kaikaku event support, focused issue onsite support, or virtual RWD support.
Implementation will be led by RWD, using the “show me—tell me—help me—let me” methodology. RWD consultants will also provide any required training, mentoring, guidance, management communications, progress feedback, or other assistance mutually agreed upon by RWD and the facility.
